Item Description & Colors
Yarn Paradise takes great care with the descriptions and color photos of the products as they appear online. Photos can vary from monitor to monitor and there are variations between dye lots and in hand-painted yarns. Manufacturer’s specifications are subject to change and yarn Paradise cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies. Multiple skeins of yarn are sometimes pictured together in order to show the range of colors or to provide enough color for the photogragh. Prices quoted are for single skeins.
Order Confirmation
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
Out-of-Stock Items
If you place an order and the goods are out of stock, we will inform you ASAP via e-mail or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct e-mail and telephone details on the order form. If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out-of-stock item to arrive and ship everything together or ship the order separately. Separate shipping charges will apply.
Canceling or Altering Orders
You may cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its dispatch. Altered orders may be subject to a small delay as the order is repackaged, etc. Please have your order details ready when phoning us.
Off-line Orders
If you prefer to speak with us, we will be glad to take your order over the telephone.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
· Orders received before 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday to Friday will ship the same day, provided we have your items in stock.
· Items ordered after 2:00 p.m. on Friday and over a weekend will be shipped Monday.
· Items ordered over a bank holiday will be sent the next working day. Yarn Paradise inventory status is constantly updated, but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. We will contact you with a revised shipping date on out-of-stock orders.
Privacy/Security
Yarn Paradise holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you to anyone. By registering with us and/or buying products from us online, you will automatically be added to our mailing list, but you do have the options to “opt-out”. If at anytime you would like to be removed from our list, simply click the opt-out button in the e-mail or contact us the store and you will be removed immediately.
As a customer, you reserve the right to be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is transmitted via encrypted data. For your security we recommend that you use a computer and web browser that is SSL compatible and that all security updates have been installed in your computer. Credit card information is not sent from our processing companies and is not sent from our web store secure servers to our physical store. It is sent directly to the credit card processing companies and is not available in our store. If you are still not comfortable with releasing your credit card information via our Web site, you may call our store at 828-274-4213. Please note that no orders will be considered complete until payment has been submitted.
