Return Policy
• No cash or credit card refunds will be made after 14 days from date of sale. After 14 days customers will be given a choice of either an exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Yarn purchases from our on-line store must be returned no later than 30 days after date of purchase.
• Returns must be in original condition(e.g. odor free) and accompanied by a sales receipt.
• All mark down and sales items are final sales; no returns will be accepted.
• All special order items are final sales; no returns will be accepted.
• All books, patterns and other printed materials are final sales; no returns will be accepted.
• All needles and hooks are final sales; no returns will be accepted.
• We recommend that you insure your return package; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Please contact us by phone for a return authorization number.
• Enclose a copy of your receipt and place the return authorization number on and in your package. (returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.)

What Do I Do If Incorrect Merchandise is Shipped ?
We strive to fill all orders correctly, however errors will sometimes occur. Please contact Yarn Paradise and describe the error to receive a return authorization number.
• Returns must be authorized in advance and be marked with the return authorization number issued by Yarn Paradise
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Goods must be accompanied by the receipt and a note outlining the reason for return.
• Returned goods must be in original condition and include, unopened packaging and original labels and receipt..
• Goods must be in new condition, that is, unused and unmarked.
You will be fully refunded for any incorrect charges, the original shipping charge and the return shipping and insurance charge when the merchandise is received.
Terms And Conditions
• All risk of loss and damage to a product passes to you upon shipment of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with shipping of the products or the carriers, whether or not recommended or selected by us.
• You shall pay any applicable state and local taxes, and any applicable compensating use tax of another state which we may be required by law to collect at the time of the payment of the purchase price.
• These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any product purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such product.
